Cultural Exchange is an important part of Tambo Tambulani Tambo, at our centre or in other places. The opportunity for different artists to meet each other creating different artistic expressions and do promotion is an important element for the development of art.
Artists are invited to our centre "Tambo" to be part of our "Artist Garage". Together we exchange experiences and discover new possibilities in creating art and entertainment.
Different artists like the Group Mbanguía of Modern Mapiko (Pemba), the Group Nomo (Acapella - Maputo), Theatre of ACAMO (Blind People's Association of Pemba), Matebule (Comedian - Maputo) and many more have been with us.
Since our 3 day festival in 2005 in celebration of our 10 years' anniversary, we have made this into an annual event to take place near the 17th of July (Founding day of Tambo Tambulani Tambo)called "Comemorando a Diversidade Cultural" - Celebrating Cultural Diversity.
The objective of the festival is to demonstrate the community the existence of many different ways of expressing yourself. For this reason each perfermance has its own art form.
The big festival of Tambo Tambulani Tambo in 2005 had more than 140 artists on stage presenting:

- Theatre
- Painting
- Damba - Arabic dance and music from Paquite - Pemba
- Tradicional Music
- Indian Music
- Stand up Comedy
- Pop Music
- Rap
- Rhumba
- and more
